David Dand

Founder

David founded Dand HR Associates in 2019 as a comprehensive all HR solution for SMEs requiring urgent outsourced HR services. In 2020, he founded Coreus, a specialist Talent Acquisition consultancy for ambitious professional SMEs seeking to overcome recruiting challenges and drive growth. He is CIPD Advanced HR Level 7, a licensed career coach certified in applying and interpreting Hogan Personality Assessments.


He lives in South Downs near Brighton in the UK with his wife and their three naughty children.


David's passions include music, travel, and sports, especially football.
