Multi-Hire involves outsourcing a company's recruitment process, known as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).  This is also known as Talent as a Solution (TaaS), outsourced internal talent acquisition, or "outsourced in-house".

Premium

With Premium - our most popular option -  we manage talent acquisition for a particular team or vertical. Our client maintains control for recruiting in other business areas. For example, we take the responsibility for recruiting into Audit and the client retains control for Tax and business support.


Full
